Why would she have done this ?

A word-famous woman spends the rest of her life in her house. She doesn't go anywhere and doesn't watch T.V or listen to the radio. She always reads a lot of books and stands beside the fence. Many people want to talk to her. Why would she have done this ?

She must do this because the government doesn't allow her to go out. She was the president of Birmania and she won the peace's Nobel price.
