I would tell him that in fact I was a girl.
I'm a woman and I'm not interested in women so I would pass by thinking "oh, she's beautiful."
I wouldn't care at first! But when I realized it perhaps I would send him to the hospital to get him checked through because its obvious that something in his head got broken!
