Most people in the world use email, text messaging to communicate to other people nowadays as it's much more convenient and easier. Actually, it's really useful not only in daily life but also on business. Especially, people need to use it in their work to report good information quickly and not to interrupt other people's work. What the tangible advantages are contacting other people immediately without waiting although people live in different places. In addition, people don't need to select the place to use it.
On the other hand, many people use bad language when they are sending texts or emails that causes many problems understanding each other. Despite how convenient chatting room is, it has mad some people become on-line chatting addicts, which is not good for people,especially for children. Many parents are getting big bills from their children's mobile phones.
Even though there are some drawbacks, I believe that the benefits of modern communication outweigh them. I cannot imagine our lives without mobile phones or computers. If we use them properly, we will improve our lives.

we should use these tools to contect with our family and friends. they are very important, without them, i'll lose touch with my friends and family.
